Entering the Real Estate profession was a decision made by the happily married couple in an effort to be able to bring ‘heart’ into Real Estate, and knowing that buying and selling is just the beginning of a lifetime relation with their clients. When you work with Pablo and Silvia, you assure yourself the beginning of a relationship with two professionals who pride themselves in excellent service, open and honest communication and meticulous attention to detail.
Professional Associations
Pablo and Silvia have been full-time REALTORS® since 1988 and 1992 respectively, specializing in the sale and marketing of residential homes in Mississauga, Toronto and Oakville. They are bound by the rules, regulations and code of ethics of several professional associations, including memberships in the Real Estate Boards of Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville and Milton & District, and Burlington and Hamilton District, the Ontario Real Estate Association, the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Council of Ontario. These associations ensure that members are up to date on the latest issues affecting Real Estate.
Training and Education
When thinking about the definition of a professional, one comes up with the following: ‘A professional is someone who has many years of experience in a given field and continues to upgrade their skills to ensure quality service and expertise’. It is reassuring to know that Pablo and Silvia Loeffler go above and beyond the basic requirement of a professional Real Estate agent. They continue upgrading their skills through professionally taught classes and seminars which they enjoy attending on a regular basis. This thirst for continual knowledge began at the “Universidad de Buenos Aires” where Pablo received a degree in Chemical Engineering and Silvia was recognized as a Medical Doctor.
